FRED is a 12 part half hour audio program created by Laura Hilliard and broadcast monthly (2021 - 22) on NoBounds Radio that features music, words, and sounds of people named Fred.

FRED 1

In this first episode you will meet Fred Moten and Fred Rogers. My love of these two iconic Fred's initially inspired this show. I have often wondered what they would chat about if they crossed paths. They are joined for a stroll in the neighborhood with Fred Astaire, Freddie Mercury, and Feddie Hubbart.

FRED 2

In this second episode Fred Moten and Fred Rogers talk about money. Our two iconic Freds drop by a Bitcoin conference where they meet Fred Ersham, co-founder of Coinbase. Ersham has been named to both Forbes 30 Under 30 and TIME Magazine's 30 Under 30 Who Are Changing the World. Previously, he was a foreign exchange trader at Goldman Sachs in New York where he traded and managed Goldman's electronic market making platform. They are joined for a stroll in the crypto-neighborhood with composer Frederick Delius, the Freddo Index, Patti Smith (singing 'Frederick'), and Kraft Werk.

In this third episode Fred Moten and Fred Rogers play sports. They are joined for a game in the neighborhood with: Tennis player - Fred Perry, Cricketer - Fred Trueman, Manchester United's Footballer - Fred, Golfer - Fred Couples, and Choreographer - Sir Frederick Ashton. The team listen to Freddie Mercury(QUEEN) and Fred P (among others) to get pumped up. Their coach - Miss Freda James - pictured in this week's show graphic, looks forward to addressing the boys' performance post-game.
